10-09-2012: Honda’s CRF250L is Here

Honda’s all-new dual-sport CFR250L adds off-road capability to its on-road prowess which offers impressive handing, agility and high road-holding capability. No matter if it’s the week day city traffic or straight to the trails on the weekend, the CRF250L offers a comfortable upright seating position, superb fuel economy and warrior styling inherited from Honda’s CRF range.

Equipped with a fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that features an electric starter, double-overhead cams and a balance shaft, the CRF250L delivers consistent rider-friendly power and plenty of mid-range torque.

The newly designed frame makes use of a steel twin-tube design to offer a nimble ride while ensuring both agility and stability, and the oval cross-sectional shape of the frame rails helps boost rigidity while enabling a slim vehicle body.

The CRF250L is focused on practicality boasting excellent fuel efficiency, which, combined with the perfectly balanced riding position, will mean riding for longer in all conditions.

Other features include a multi-reflector headlight with excellent visibility, a multifunctional digital meter, skid plates that prevent mud and gravel from damaging the engine and more.

The CRF250L is in dealerships now and has an introductory price of $5,990 (MLP).
