Honda has announced a price drop on the Accord range but has left them packed with features.
Honda Australia Director and General Manager, Mr. Stephen Collins, said; “This new pricing on the Accord range is further evidence of Honda Australia’s commitment to provide our customers with outstanding product at value for money pricing. We are sure our customers will agree the Accord now offers one of the best-value buys in the large segment.” The four-cylinder Accord VTi has dropped $4,300, to the new Manufacturer’s List Price (MLP) of $28,190 or $29,990 drive-away. The VTi-L with navigation is now at the MLP of $37,190. The Accord V6 is now available for the MLP of $47,290. The Accord range offers a choice of engines; a 202 kW V6 with Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) that allows the engine to operate on either six, four or three cylinders for maximum fuel and emission efficiency; and a 133 kW 2.4 litre four-cylinder that sips 8.7 litres/100kms (combined). Since its introduction to Australia in 1977, the Accord nameplate has become a favourite was the first Japanese car to win the coveted Wheels Car of the Year award in 1977 and is Honda’s most decorated car globally.
