07-02-2012 at 08:00: Snake in the Gravel

Before the 2012 Bosch Australian Rally Championship (ARC) has event created its first dust cloud a new naming rights sponsor has been named for round five. Snake Racing is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of four wheel drive performance and suspension parts and suits the roll of naming rights sponsor.

Snake Racing is also set to be a key sponsor of the opening round of the championship, Rally Calder presented by East Coast Bullbars and will continue the support with round five.

According to proprietor of Snake Racing, Ryan Flanagan, the Bosch Australian Rally Championship will provide some new and exciting marketing exposure and opportunities for the company.

“Snake Racing has been involved in motor sport for more than 20 years and we are always looking for opportunities to showcase our brand and be a part of any motor sport event that is spectator orientated,” said Ryan Flanagan.

“Our involvement with the Bosch Australian Rally Championship in 2012 will be our first time in this arena of motor sport and we are excited to be part of the buzz that rallying is generating,” he added.

Snake Racing is an Australian owned and run business with more than 20 years’ experience in design, manufacture and distribution of four wheel drive accessories – ranging from LED lighting to suspension kits and winches.

Snake Racing’s involvement in the Bosch Australian Rally Championship extends beyond sponsorship to include involvement on the track in the Australian Side by Side Rally Challenge with a three-vehicle team.

“We will be running a three car team and we are all pumped and ready to tackle the competition in the new side by side class which debuts at Rally Calder in March,” Ryan added.

“With four rounds, across four states and a variety of terrain and conditions it will indeed be a challenge for those involved,” explained Ryan Flanagan.

CEO of the Bosch Australian Rally Championship, Scott Pedder, congratulated Snake Racing and said he believes the Bosch Australian Rally Championship is a perfect fit for the specialist accessory company.

“We are pleased to welcome Snake Racing to the 2012 Bosch Australian Rally Championship. It’s fantastic to see a sponsor not just commit on a financial level but also getting behind the Australian Side by Side Rally Challenge with a three vehicle team,” said Scott Pedder.

“There is a strong relationship between off road performance and rallying and the Bosch Australian Rally Championship is thrilled to have such a prominent four wheel drive part manufacturer and distributor in Snake Racing on board in 2012.”
