11-10-2011 at 08:00: Suzuki Adds More to New Grand Vitara

Suzuki has unveiled a new addition to their Grand Vitara range with the Grand Vitara Sport, adding new levels of performance and value for money.

The Sport features new 18-inch alloy wheels, new Bombora Aqua seat fabric, a new front grille and new silver colored roof rails and side fins. It also comes standard with Hill Hold Control and Hill Descent Control, adding even more performance to its unrivalled off-road credentials.

And with a starting price of just $31,990 drive away, the Grand Vitara Sport personifies Suzuki’s commitment to providing value for money.

The arrival of Grand Vitara Sport heralds the return to full production of the Grand Vitara range, which has suffered from stock constraints in Australia since the March tsunami.

“We remain on track for another record year and the Grand Vitara range – now boosted with the arrival of the outstanding Sport – is a vital part of our line-up,” said Suzuki Australia General Manager Tony Devers.

He said Suzuki would be an aggressive player in the market place, signalling that intention with price cuts across the Grand Vitara range.

“With this new pricing, there has never been a better time to see why the 4×4 experts rate the Grand Vitara – the original compact SUV – as best in class,” said Devers.
