Honda Australia has announced new drive-away deals on its range of hatches including the Insight, Civic Si and Civic Type R.
Honda’s newest hatch, the Insight IMA, is now priced from $29,990 drive-away (VTi with flat paint only). The Insight combines a 1.3 litre petrol engine and Honda’s Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) system that delivers extra power from an electric motor.
With a five-star ANCAP safety rating and its unique Eco Assist coaching system, the Insight is safe and fun to drive. Packed with features such as Bluetooth, USB connectivity, steering-wheel mounted audio and cruise control, a multi-information display and climate control, the Insight also delivers excellent fuel economy (4.6L/100km, combined urban/extra urban).
The Civic Si five-door hatch now offers even greater value, from $29,990 drive-away (manual transmission with cloth trim and flat paint only). The 1.8 litre hatch is available with a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission.
The Civic Si features distinct European styling and a split-level dash, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, Honda’s amazing ‘Magic Seats’, auto-sensing wipers and 17 inch alloy wheels along with all the safety features you’d expect from a Honda – electronic stability control, six airbags and ABS with EBD.
Fancy even more power? Then the Civic Type R is for you, now priced from $39,990 drive-away (flat paint only). Its 2.0 litre i-VTEC engine coupled with the slick six-speed manual transmission delivers 148kW and 193Nm of torque. True to its Red H badge tradition, the Civic Type R delivers exceptional handling and sports performance.
The Civic Type R also features a limited slip differential, sports suspension, 18 inch alloys, rear parking sensors as well as USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
Mr. Stephen Collins, Honda Australia’s General Manager Sales and Marketing, said, “It’s a great time to visit your Honda Dealer for a hatch to match your taste. Whether it be the frugal Insight, the European Civic five-door or the hot hatch Civic Type R, Honda offers you great value for money.”
