1. All products are in Australian
Dollars and are GST inclusive
unless otherwise specified.
2. All prices quoted are subject to
change without notice.
3. Once an order is finalized,
there is no cancelling.
4. ETD’s (Estimated times of Despatch) are that, estimated. And these times allow only
the ordering of parts and arrival to our warehouse.
5. We are not liable for any local
taxes and duties for goods shipped.
6. We provide information “as-is”
and make no warranties or guarantees on the performance of products, the
fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Some descriptions and images may
contain inaccuracies and errors. Although we make an effort to achieve
accuracy, we take no responsibility for whatever you do with the information on
this site. All images of goods on offer are general examples only. Goods
may vary in model, colour or shape.
8. We are not liable for any

10. All modifications you plan to
make to your vehicle are at your own risk. You should check with the relevant
authorities in your state to determine whether or not your vehicle will be
legal to drive on public roads after fitting any parts purchased from HPHeaven.com.au
11. Certain modifications to
vehicles can void partially or totally a current vehicle warranty. Check with
your vehicle manufacturer before modifying the vehicle to ascertain whether or
not the modifications you are planning to do will affect your warranty.
12. Responsibility is upon the
owner/driver of a vehicle to make sure the vehicle driven on a public road is
registered legally.
13. Obey all traffic laws.
Out of Stock
Policy
Orders accepted by HPHeaven.com.au are with the understanding that goods are
in stock and available for immediate shipping. Any orders accepted by HPHeaven.com.au where the goods are unavailable for an
extended period of time, that will delay delivery, the customer will be
notified and the options of;

refund
of moneys paid, or
·
continue with the Order, with an amended delivery date.
Refund Policy
HPHeaven.com.au makes every effort to ensure our
customers are 100% satisfied so we offer a money back guarantee subject to the
following conditions:
1.
The
product is unused and the packing unopened and in original condition.
2.
The
product is undamaged, and in as new condition.
3.
The
product is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from receipt of goods by the
customer. Goods returned after this 7 day period WILL be subject to a 15%
handling fee.
4.
This
offer excludes specially ordered and custom made items.
5.
We
reserve the right to refuse refund of non-defective items
A refund will be made to the value
of the product less $20 to cover processing expenses.
The customer must bear the cost of the freight to return
any items to HPHeaven.com.au.
Faulty, Warranty or Damaged product
All goods are the responsibility of
the receiver once paid for by the customer and dispatched by HPHeaven.com.au. Dependant on the freight carrier used (as
we use multiple carriers), freight charges may include insurance for loss or
damage during transit.
If you receive a faulty or
incorrect product you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Any Warranty
Issues must be reported as soon as possible.
The customer must bear the cost of the freight to return
any items to HPHeaven.com.au.
